Shelby wanted a nice, bright salad for dinner. I grilled some salmon and avocado, supremed an orange, and made some avocado dressing. She seemed pretty happy with it!

Shelby and I took a trip to Grand Mart International Food yesterday. If you’re in the area and haven’t visited the store yet, make point to go—lots of good stuff there. We ended up picking up some blue crabs, produce, fenugreek, and a bag of frozen dumplings we sampled. The woman cooking them in the store was a very convincing salesperson.
